So,your fella is getting back to office next week and I guess I'm expecting a bit of a challenge here.
As many customers were scheduled to be contacted during my current vacation, some of em I managed to leave VMs already,but for most I couldn't as the volume of calls that required follow-ups was huge in addition to the strict time limit between the approval timing of my leave and the departure date to the beach with family that was pre-assigned.
I understand there could be some losses for some of the deals,but for those prospects who still hang in there,what would be your best approach to explain/justify your leaves and not following up on time as agreed.
