Gifts for non-ICs that help you

I've been fortunate in the last few weeks to have several people who have helped me get deals closed. Some range from another peer on other accounts that get me an intro, to contract people that hold my hand through my SF issues, to others. I'm not talking about my manager... he gets paid off what I close but just others that are in a salary role and end up getting quite demanding and tedious issues I seem to find myself in. I used to send chocolate and goodies at EOQ when we were in the office but now everyone is remote (BTW it always helped me and they dropped everything to put me at the front of the line). I want to feel important again...

I pick “other” because it depends. You have a person who appreciates fine bourbon - get that delivered. Fancy coffee? Order beans direct from Costa Rica. Chocolate? Go fancy!

I mean - this could be super fun and meaningful if you are personal and thoughtful.

It depends on the amount you want to gift, but if they are local I'd take them out to a decent lunch (like >$25). Remote, I'd send an Amazon card or a restaurant card (=$25). Or just a Starbucks card if you're in the $10-15 range.

Depends on the situation, could be a slack shoutout which is more than enough...recognition is the best reward. If they are in your vacinity a good ol coffee on me is enough. If they are in another country when they visit then do invite over a meal
