Head of Sales Dev 30/60/90?

Any advice, templates, decks, to share for a 30-60-90 day plan I need to put together for an interview? 
(Context: Company is series c, sub 200 employees with 4 SDRs hiring a new SD leader to break into strategic Enterprise accts. Historically landed small/medium sized accts. They're a Data / Ai company)

Ever see miro com. Free workflow/flowchart software. Really slick. I just did this as part of a 12-month plan for an entirely different type of org. Looks ok- maybe you can steal some of this.

The biggest focus is breaking Into these Enterprise accts for SDRs. This should be what encompasses the plan in addition to upleveling the SDRs on their approach to think more strategically and align closer with the ENT sellers.
