Yeah, there are existing threads that do a good job. As an SDR, my favorite comp structure was a mix of a set amount for each opportunity created and then a small percentage of closed deal amount.
Comp plan should reward the desired outcome, not "activity" (e.g., dials, conversations, talk time).
Why does the “enterprise” category matter?
