HOW DO YOU ACTUALLY APPLY FOR JOBS ON THIS THING?

I keep getting emails or notifications about job postings on LinkedIN.

I click the link or click "Apply Now" and it brings me back to the message board.

How do I actually apply for these jobs or is this not possible through Bravado?

I can sense the frustration. Second one this morning getting routed to a bad link.

If it was just the second, then I wouldnt be this frustrated.

But it's literally EVERY single time I get a job link, I click it and it sends me to the War Room...

If this is just a message board, then say that.

There's definitely an active message board- but there is a jobs feature as well, and it seems like a very bad pathing issue on the link.

Hopefully you'll get a resolution and can then come back and participate in the forums once you've gotten what you need.

If you already have, your profile would be getting matched with the right employer for you from our employer db. You'd receive an email about it - if you've been matched to an employer or not within a few days.

If you already have, and you haven't gotten a match based on your profile submission, you should see something like this -

only after one of these steps get completed, you get into the war room

I have completed my profile. And I click the apply button on LinkedIn.

Once I get to the Bravado page... I click apply now and then get redirected to the War Room

If you've completed your profile, we have your application with us!

Based on the info you've provided, the algorithm would match you with the right employer - based on their requirements.

The minute/hour/day that match happens, you'd get an email. Have I confused you further with this explanation?

But for guys like me who applied but wasn't invited, did my application go wrong or didn't match the requirements or something else I don't know maybe..

not to be critical, but most of the companies they pair with are in SaaS. You sell Satellite radio, going to be hard for you to "match" + if your actual location is Egypt that would also be a detractor.

Well, I'm not wrong. If they are going to post jobs and have an "apply here" button, it shouldn't direct them to sign up for the War Room. Rather, it should direct them to the correct product/site. Which should be separated for this reason. It's just bad UI pathing.

Exactly. I've had issues since day 1 applying. There's a lot of missing context on the profiles (especially for a leadership role).

Even worked with someone internal to try and get access to roles and zero response from anyone.
