Idk about interviews, but it is a great tool for $ reference. Bravado Jobs is a good place to start.

Like @CuriousFoxand @antiASKHOLE, I've only ever used it for reference.

I wonder about accuracy outside of the US, but I think it's useful.

Effective in getting interviews? No idea. But it's a great place to start when determining which companies you want to apply to

Interview - apply to company, outreach to hiring manager via LI, email. RepVue can help you target companies that will be a good fit for you.

I think it’s more effective for doing due diligence on a company than it is for landing a job interview.

Effective BUT needs updates! I know a rep at a highly ranked company there that just had a company wide Q3 from hell and the quota attainment numbers dropped ass to the grass, like my front squats (if it had good ankle mobility).

I think a good mix of Repvue, LinkedIn, and G2 will give you a well rounded picture of a company, product, and sales team health to make a well-informed decision

Currently has been a great asset to complement (not replace) other tools such as Glassdoor, Bravado, and networking in getting a holistic view of a company. Really has yet to offer anything of value for interviews to the top of my knowledge.

Seems to be helpful for seeing salary and culture. I've not worked somewhere yet with a listing on Repvue.

I used it often when i was applying for jobs. Passed up on gigs that had poor reviews or low OTE %

Repvue is more so an information tool. I've heard of a few people getting interviews through repvue but haven't heard of someone getting the position yet. Just my experience though.
