Hi @onward this entirely depends on your profile and how well it matches the roles currently available on the platform. Sometimes all Flex customers are looking for are top sellers with experience, for example, doing cold outbound. Other times they are looking for people with very specific skills and experience. In either case, when viewing Bravado from your browser, navigate to Jobs, complete your profile if needed, and ensure you've opted into side-hustle roles to be eligible for a match. I’m referring more so to the freelance / part time work which I think is the purpose of flex, but I could be wrong
