at my company its 2% of your salary can be used for "self development" this can be books, courses, memberships ect.
we also have a wellness benefit but that is more like physical wellness and you can use that for gym memberships and entry fees for events (like a 5K) and stuff

We don't get anything directly correlated. Also a family owned company of 200 employees.
They'll sometimes sponsor events like 5ks that a good chunk of team members participate in which is cool.

Last company I worked for had both wellness reimbursement and education reimbursement. If I recall correctly, wellness was about $360 (theoretically enough to offset a small gym membership monthly) and the education was $1,200. You could also apply for additional educational money if you were enrolled in a program.

We donโt have wellness but we have education, I donโt recall the number but close to $1000. We have to go through a tough approval process so I never wanted to even try using that budget.

I'm pretty sure the answer is "Zero, Zilch, Nada" but would have to double check the handbook

0 reimbursements agreed upon. However, I got 18k to do a course at a B-school I always wanted to do. So it's just negotiation.

Totally depends on many factors including the companies capital, the profit they make and if the government may participate in some of it particularly the educational one in some countries or states!
