TLDR: Thoughts on how to give the 411 it to my manager and CEO
So the new job is going good, got my first few meetings in the bag, set up the shit, got some templates, sequences going great. But now I need to channel that BDE to my CEO and Sales MGR both of whom have done nothing but try to cock block this massive cock.
The only thing I'm worried about is damaging their Egos, possibly being let go, (on an at will contract w/ no 3 month Pip shit) ((but even then not realy worried because BDE can land another job ASAP ie. I never burn bridges **real bridges not that toxic shit**
Essentially both of them are disagreeing with each other, then pinning it on me, telling me to pitch this way, prospect that way, done do this, do that. So I humored them (which I should have never) It flunked. (obviously they didn't bring me on for nothing) So I went back to being myself, and generated meetings, interest, followups, etc. essentially it started clicking.
But the CEO is like ' i DETEST this method ' and the sales coach is like "yeah that's great and all but in theory this is why this doesn't work ' but im here like:......but it does work... ya goons.
So now I'm about to schedule a call with the CEO and Sales Coach for monday morning and be like look.
'I know you hired me for a reason, I'm not the one to usually take orders, but I humored it because I was ramping and figured I had something to learn from you both. but after an unsuccessful first few days using your methods, hangups, unsubscribes, GTFO's, hard no's, I decided it wasn't in the best interest of either my performance, the companys image, or the companies future, So I tried it out the way I know best, my way, the way both of you detest. And it's been working. So I wanted to hold this meeting to address this issue, because if I can't be given the autonomy to drive results then there will be much confusion as to why there is no traction.'
Thoughts? I'm looking at you @funcoupons I just read your BDE post and was turned on in the worst way.
