As others have pointed out, this will be an uphill battle. There is a ton of local talent available, and most companies will not want the legal, financial, and logistical challenges of hiring someone across the world without significant reason to take those challenges on.

Well I have done Digital Sales to Pharma companies where I have built their DNP budgets through consulting and guidance. The hustle of building a Health tech business in India seems to be a transferrable skill and can be used as a strong point for the roles. However, that's my point of view but would love to learn more about it from your perspective

Tons of Indian companies with operations in the US. And several of those have programs to bring you over to the US/Canada. But you need some technical background to get in the door. And unfortunately, Sales is not technical enough.
