I got let go. Urgent help...

I made a post about my current role and how I wanted to change it

Well, they act faster and let me go. I was in my probation period and with all the lies and bullshit I was not happy there anyway but I wanted to stay until I have something.

They told me that, I did not turn my camera on and was slow to response on slack so I am not a fit to culture and they let me go.

I have been searching for a new role all day but there is nothing.

I got an AE role and was a BDR before but there is not even a BDR role.

I have no savings because last time I was laid off, I had to use it all.

I have always been a top performer wherever I work yet I have this shit luck.

Any suggestions? I am on a work visa in Netherlands.

Have you had the interview with the other company yet?
Also, have you checked your network (former colleagues, etc) to see if they know of roles at their current employers?
I'm sorry this happened to you - but believe that if you found another place to interview, there are places out there.

That happens, and honestly it sucks. There is a big purge going on with a decent amount of talent out there. I’d hit every connection you have and get intros. Otherwise it’s a little bit of spray and pray. Right now there is also a big push to get things set for the fall for the few places that purged in Q1, as there is almost no winter hiring. Good luck out there.

Honestly man, start looking for jobs. Anything doesn't have to be sales related - look at restaurants ideally customer facing like a bartender/waiter to keep you going.
Get something that will feed you pay bills and then work back to sales as you apply in spare time. Good luck

Highly recommend shoot a message to every recruiter who has reached out to you in the past. They might have an opening and right now you just need something
Highly recommend doing the same will all peers who left the company, see if you can get referred.
Finally, figure out your story. Why are you looking? What happened in the previous role? the more you perfect that answer the more offers you get

Do this like any sales cycle. Start with warm leads and centers of influence (people you have worked with/for in the past where you have performed). Then expand out. Also, check LinkedIn. I'm sure you've been contacted by recruiters in the past so resurface the conversations.
