I regularly post a weekly "Who's Hiring" series, focusing on SDRs every three weeks or so. Trust me, 70k base for a rookie SDR gig these days is like finding a treasure chest in the sales jungle.

12 years later and I’ve tripled that as a base. Start pulling those shots of espresso kiddo.
I did that too! Then 6 years after that I cut it by 2/3. Then doubled it again. Then multiplied by 1.1765. Then drove it to zero. Then started over. #Sales
