Is your company listed on Repvue?

Just learned companies pay to be on repvue.  Being glassdoor is mainly full of b.s i lean on repvue. 
Finding that a whole lot of companies (smaller, early stage for the most part) are not listed on it.. and also remember a lot of you savages here are in companies between 50-200 employees.

Repvue is just a HR/Marketing stunt for companies. My last company was on there and the reviews were false. We had more reviews than salespeople lmao…how? Well our sales leader asked HR/marketing random people to post reviews so that they could promote our great Repvue score to attract people.

It started off purely crowd sourced info. Then companies started realizing reps look at it and mention it in their interviews/conversations.

Are you sure companies pay to be added to the website? They are supposed to be added after a certain number of reviews.

The paying thing comes in when the JOB postings are from the companies. If you can apply directly to the company through RepVue, that company’s paying them.

It takes 7 ratings to get published on RepVue. Also there are no 'reviews' on RepVue, it's an objective survey, not like Glassdoor. We manually review every rating submission that comes in to confirm the data. Can people lie from time to time about their experience? Sure. Do companies 'pay to improve their score'? Hell no, won't happen, can't happen. Do companies internally go to happy employees and ask them to rate their org? Probably.
