This one is a little tricky. You have to do this little thing and often times you need other people to participate. It's where you stand up and form a circle. Don't be startled by the music in the background and put your right arm in and then take your right arm out.
Things may start getting spicy, but follow the lead of those next to you and you should be ok. after a few minutes and slight frustration....
BAM! you do the hokey pokey and turn yourself around. I mean that's really what it's all about.

There some great stuff in the academy for tips looking for a role. Tailor every resume to the job description to help get through the ATS

Very true I'm also trying to get a part-time job.
Start by defining the basics: what you want to do, where (company), and what makes you qualified for it. is this new to you? Search resumes of people looking for that role and compare yourself. if this is a sales role, the interview process IS the sales process, and you are the product. The interviewer is the customer. Now go.
