The platform does absolutely nothing special and the CRM integrations are shit. We moved to Outreach instead because we got the CI tool along with their outbound cadence features built in. More value than a uni-tasker!

It’s an overpriced call recording platform that has a poor integration network. The tool is a uni-tasker that requires spend on several systems when you can get CI, outbound tools and forecasting tools in one place with Outreach or Salesloft. Also, the lack of integrated enablement tools like integrated CRM notes or battle cards is pretty lame.

Great marketing engine, average tech, weak AF retention and AM motion.
