Non-Calendar EOY?

Who else is on a non-calendar fiscal year? Love it? Hate it?

I personally love that my EOY is in the summer. It allows me to take some real time off with my family and it doesn't wreck my x-mas/new years vaca... BUT, starting to get those end-of-year blues when I'm thinking about how I'm about to be back to "zero" in a few months.

Last company had the EOY in January, New year in Feb. Was nice because people weren't losing their mind at Christmas trying to push deals through.

Even though we have a calendar year end, July is still quiet and a good time for vacation after the end of Q2.
