Q2: A Fresh Start

Day one of Q2.

hit quota in Q1? great! but no one cares
didn't hit quota in Q1? great! but no one cares 

it doesn't matter if you preformed well or not, we're all back to 0. Stressful for some and perhaps liberating for others.

whether we like it or not sales is a "what have you done for me lately" game we all play.

let's focus on what we can control and ignore what we cannot.
