It's not the company, it's the boss that makes the difference. If top performers are coming in at 85%, then adjust accordingly, especially if the team's ROI is through the roof. Happy employees stay longer. Better to pay out a bit more commission to good employees than get gouged for a quarter due to open seats

Well seemingly our quotas were crafted by Andrew Lloyd Webber while he wrote Cats, 0% of our team will hit annual. I’ve hit Q ones but will come in a bit below year end. Pray for me and a hefty dose of realism in ‘23

I'd prefer to see "percentage to quota" rather than a binary yes/no statistic.

It's certainly helpful, but it would be much more enlightening to see how far off the 50% are
