Realistic AOV Annual Growth

Well it's that time of year where I'm trying to figure out if my number is achievable via hustle or if I have to start praying for random windfall events.
With that in mind, how much would you see is a reasonable growth amount of a book of Install accounts. Currently I'm working with a patch that spends ~10M. I'm tasked with growing it ~3.5M. Last year same patch grew ~2.5M. Feels semi doable no?

Yes doable. Not fun though. Add election year and the economy and it may be tough. Keep your head up, be positive and get outside enough and you’ll be better everyday mentally to crush it.
Good luck!

I would look at it methodically. Map each account and their potential spend. Go deeper and find the behind the scenes decision makers. Get in front of each account 2x more than required. If you are in front of them more often, you're more like to get more of their business.

FEELINGS- Your commission is annual (ARR) but the customer paid monthly (MRR) and if there is a churn in the next few months, the company will deduct by increasing your quota and taking the equivalent amount $$ from your quota in the next month.
