Recommend an AE sales bootcamp/training program?

Made to move from SDR to AE ~6months ago.

Already closed some business but proper leadership/coaching/mentorship is absent.

I'm looking for a program that can provide coaching, sales best practices, deal strategy, community etc...

Goal is to upskill, receive feedback and focus on any weaknesses

Any recommendations?

Check out the academy tab and use the search bar via the web version. Tons of free advice here.

Iโ€™d also say donโ€™t pay for anything. There is so much free content out there. On LinkedIn and YouTube and podcasts. Also I pay a monthly subscription to Scribd and get unlimited books, audiobooks and other documents.

yep dont pay for anything YET. here are the steps you should take:

1. see if anyone in the org can be kind of a mentor in that way.
2. come to the WR and post specific questions about concepts you want to learn more about.
3. find 1 or 2 people on linked in that you like and see the content they post for free.

once you have done ALL of those things, then you can look to pay for something.

Academy tab has some powerful resources. But as far as spending anything, the only thing I would is books. There is so much content out there that you can listen/watch for free on Youtube.

This is the real answer, use the resources you already have access to and don't pay for anything out of pocket.

The RevGenius community has a bunch of good training sessions and materials - mostly geared at SDRs, but they recently ran one on MEDDPICC that was pretty good. Itโ€™s worth checking out (free to join)

Skip the pay garbage. Watch, observe, and learn from your peers. Take the good with the bad and create your own style.
