To all the VP's and Directors here wanting to go back to the office full time - please stop
I'd like to option to come in for internal meetings/all-hands company meetings, but prospecting and demos are 1000x better doing it in my home office than in an open-concept office that is next to the kitchen
I think the office should be fully open every day to those who want to come, with attendance being mandatory at least one day a week.
New reps or those struggling should have to come in until they've proved they can put up results. Working from home is not for everyone.

Office open 5 days a week, do not have to go in if I don't want to, but likely will once or twice a week.
I love my little island, by myself.
totally agree, just came from outside sales in hospitals and OR's, gonna be hard to go back given the potential opportunities to work from home

I don't mind going into the office. There is an obvious upside to it, but having the choice is such a nice benefit.
This is a great question. I am in the commercial furniture industry and work with Commercial Real Estate, Architecture, and Design firms and this is a question that we are asked every day.
The answer changes daily. A lot of companies are waiting to make the final decision and over the next year or so, I feel it change even more than it is currently.

Office open but I come in when I want. I try 3 days a week but some weeks its 0 🤷♀️
Love having the option to be remote but it is also great to go into the office to see people, communicate in person, and just get out of the house.
