internal promotion question:
GAMs and VP leaving the team resulting in big gaps to fill. new leadership has serious red flags but I have a lot of leverage to advance my career by staying and taking over the accounts. I would essentially be a "key person" in the middle of a shitstorm.
stick around with bad leadership, large accounts I understand and skip a level, or find better leadership internally/externally?
comp: would still be underpaid but value would significantly increase internally/externally.
