I've seen posts on this already but wanted to ask my own Q.
As I'm sure 87% of you are aware, Salesforce was down for a majority of users for an extended period of time yesterday.
Personally, I'll be seeing the effects of this for a week or more. The majority of my clients have strict compliance deadlines for onboarding that often fall on Wednesdays or Thursdays. With Salesforce down, I wasn't able to meet 4 of those deadlines yesterday, pushing my new employees' starts back an entire week. On top of that, I was essentially unable to work on 3/4 of my other responsibilities, putting me in the hole in numerous areas. I'll now be playing catch up for the next week or so.
Anyone else in a similar situation?
