SDR/BDR bootcamp/training suggestions?

the SaaS startup that I have recently join doesn't have any training or development for current or incoming BDRs and asked me to help find a bootcamp or course that the whole BDR team can take. Does anyone have good suggestions?

hmm this is always a tough question to answer.

depends on what the leadership team wants to accomplish.

are they looking to send the BDRs off to "training school" and have them come back as fully trained BDRs?

Or are they looking to align on a methodology?

I would look at:
- Kennan
-Becc Holland
I like their content the most but havent worked with them personally (besides reading gap selling)

I would say more training school to go over everything helpful that they can apply to their role.

i would still suggest those two ppl. i believe they both have programs where they will train entire teams. but not sure.

I'm seeing a lot of posts about SDR bootcamps lately... Is this a big thing these days?!

Best to take training from the company and learn in the field, IMO.
