I really like office tech. I have a nice studio setup in my home office but having a dslr webcam, microphone and boom arm and some lighting for at the office is a nice touch. I like looking good on calls. Most people don't have a home office like I do, so I think home office tech needs to be given out.

Flexibility, good benefits package (RMTs are life), 4 weeks vacation, home office allowance
Open PTO, 401k match, stock options and a large base all together
PTO (I typically take 3 weeks), good healthcare incl vision, 401k MATCH, pet insurance would be nice.
Commuter and cell phone benefits are great too.
Iโd also like my base to be kept up with inflation (I know, Iโm a greedy bastard).
Besides the obvious, three you call it mental health days a year. Assuming you take care of client facing shit, you can just look at your schedule or have your first meeting and go โyou know what, I absolutely do not have it in me to do this today.โย
