Team number dwindling

So if some of you were following my previous post about leaving the company. Apparently a colleague of mine beat me to it. So the team went from being 5 to 3 in 1 month, that includes the director. So what should I do in this case?


Ill be automatically taking the accounts of the the guy who is leaving and the person who already left.


What would you do in such a situation?

I would probably leave because I wouldn't want to stay at a company for three years with no upward movement, unless I were already at the top.

I would probably leave because I wouldn't want to stay at a company for three years with no upward movement, unless I were already at the top.

Three years is a long time to stay a BDR in one place, in my opinion.

You need to worry about you. Are you safe? Are you closing deals? Are you hitting your metrics? 

I know it's hard to do, but try not to be distracted by what others are doing if you are in a good situation. If you're not, then that's a different story.

I am in a good situation thank God, I just talked to my colleague who is leaving he was leaving because he is getting paid 3x more (because he was under paid and management said they cannot change the salary for him).

Thing is, does loyalty in times like these matter? Will it be appreciated by the company or abused?
