Hey guys, just curious to hear from the war room.
My org has been using Chili Piper for a while, just like many of yours. I had an account manager reach out to me recently asking for time to meet to chat about my use of the tool.
I'm no stranger to customer success, but I'm curious how often the rest of you (reps, not managers) get prospected for feedback from your tech vendors.
I figure I'll throw this guy a bone and answer his questions.
also this is your chance to give me crazy questions to ask them, ex:
"how's it going after that RIF earlier this year?"
"how does it feel to sell to other sales teams right now?"
edit: so I met with him and apparently I'm a power user in our account (I can flex on the SDR team). It looks like that's a problem because we don't use them enough. He's trying to figure out how to keep us from churning. nothing I can really do since our team uses other booking software in our tech stack so that sucks for me I guess
