Excel doc where you give a point for each company based if they have something that can help you.

Things number of employees, how much revenue, ICP for industry , Previously met with you, you know their current solution, etc

Ones with the most points are A account, then B, etc

They call me Daddy, Sales Daddy
My company uses SF which lets them see what SF limits them to see.

**I** use an excel spreadsheet which lets me see what I want to see.

I got a good brain. I just use that. But itโ€™s also easy for me because I run Canada. Simple

Isn't Canada the place where you drive a Zamboni to work and polar bears cause traffic jams?

I analyze using Sales Navigator, my knowledge of my ICP, and corporate websites + Google to hone in. Then I use SFDC to keep a record of activity and keep the execs happy, while keeping an excel spreadsheet to help me with organization.

This plus I still use spreadsheets for an extra layer of notes.

See if marketing or CS can pull a detailed breakdown of every costumer that came from your territory. Review that data for themes and trends to define a hot buyer profile.

Overlay that profile in your territory accounts.

Similar approach to @Kosta_Konfucius but with a different data lens applied.

The muscle between the ears is pretty good one. Or a BDR slave.

The Only answer is Hands down powerbi. Uses raw actual data. Rev, partners, gross/net, ship to city/state/even location, part numbers, qtys delivery dates, basically any filter you desire. Iโ€™m an excel type so you can export anything as well which is flipping golden.
Forecast accuracy is big where Iโ€™m at and with powerbi I filtered my data required, exported it, created a pivot table, filtered that and in ten minutes with a formula or two I have an auto template that calculates every month here on out.

I've got nothing further to add constructively here. So, I'm gonna say Benzodiazepines. It's amazing what you can manage when you're calm.
