The best, leanest tech stack for a 1-man sales team

Hey folks - I'm the first AE at a seed stage start-up selling an open-core orchestration platform to developers.

My company is running very lean currently and has not matured to the point where we have the basics I am used to from previous, more mature companies (SFDC, ZoomInfo, Outreach, etc.). Basically all I'm working with is HubSpot for a CRM, Dripify for LinkedIn automation, and LI Sales Nav.

I wanted to poll the community to see what some of the most modern, bang for your buck enablement software was out there today. I'd love to expand into outbound email, so something with lead info and cadences combined would be awesome. I'm doing research in parallel but would love if anyone has recommendations or heard anything in particular that would be good for a 1 man show to maximize output.

For example, this company keeps coming up: https://phantombuster.com/

Thanks all.

Thank you! I will have to look back into Apollo. I used it before briefly at a previous gig and didn't like it compared to ZoomInfo, but I know its way cheaper. And didn't know they had sales outreach stuff too.

Big +1 on Apollo. It has a full sales engagement option (calls and email) and seems to fetch data reliably from LinkedIn for prospects. Havenโ€™t had a demo on the SEP (currently use Salesloft) but my intuition is the pricing is much cheaper compared to Zoominfo

Exactly what I was thinking when I saw the title, though I'm not familiar with Dripify

Fair point - I found some solid use cases for a side gig through it.

apollo alone would probably do the trick. I never liked hubspot but maybe I just didn't learn how to use it. Apollo + excel to keep track of great leads

I'm a one-man sales team. Like others have said. Apollo. Hubspot. Google workspace.

I don't use LI salesnav, however.
