Certainly the historical master of selling vaporware for sure... and wars. He is right up there with Gandalf and Keyser Soze.

I recommend all of our new salespeople to read 7 Habits of Highly Effective People and Fanatical Prospecting.

If you ever work for a manufacturer I recommend The Goal by Eliyahu Goldratt. I was an end user in the industry I now sell into and had no idea what went into manufacturing. This book helped and was a quick read.

Never Split the Difference- Chris Voss for a book and I really want to take some courses from his group "Black Swan Group"
Great book on negotiating, the most useful part I've been using is the techniques to keep someone talking and discover pain points they might not even realize they have.
