Today I was talking to a prospect, digging to find any pain points, when she said she was too sick to continue the call and asked to be called next week. She didn’t sound sick, but I started thinking about how I would feel if someone kept pushing for a conversation if I was sick, next thing I knew she had hung up.
Which got me thinking what objection has caught you off guard, completely unprepared. Have you encountered it later and been able to surpass it or has it remained being your Achilles ankle?
