I use jabra evolve 75 and love them
Lots of good recommendations here, but I prefer on-ear instead of in-air. If you're that same way, my Plantronics Voyager Focus is excellent; super comfortable, active noise cancelling, mic is crystal clear. Glorious headset. The new ones are expensive though; over $100 more than my generation from a few years back. Highly recommend though.
My Airpods Pro keep me happy.
