Am I Black Listed?

I've noticed a reduction in my open rates the past month. I've just started a new candence with email new proven email techniques and I send them out at the optimal time '9am to 9:30am' yet my open rates are down to 11% from my first candence when it was 30%. 

I've tried reducing the amount of emails I send to particular domain still nothing works. is this beyond my control? Is it because it's the end of quarter and everyone is busy. Do I switch to other tactics such as LinkedIn ?

I scream for I do not know!

Google greylists emails for too many sends in 24 hours, so MSO365 probably does the same. Ask your IT Admins to take a look.

For me, there is no such thing as "proven email techniques" other than solid research, no fluff, easy ask (interest instead of meeting).

Keep grinding! Could be a temporary blip...

As PBC said, email services will "greylist" or throttle your email address if there's too much outbound and not enough replies. Sometimes it really is out of your control.

I dealt with this at a previous company and it basically stalled out our email outbound for like 3 months while we cleaned up our act.

Besides checking with the IT department as recommended by most of the comments.

I do recommend you to use an advanced version of the email tracker to be able to confirm whether your emails were actually delivered or not and seen or not to be able to know the actual reason behind!

Yeah coming from the IT sales space I can share that 1) IT has a way of filtering out / lowering the emails they receive from you 2) Outlook at Gmail have general built in spam detectors that lower your priority. As others have said pickup the phone and try to expand your methods of outreach. GL

It happened to some of our BDRs and the resolution they get is from the IT admin. Reach out to them.

You get an email from google that your account has been marked as Spam and you typically get locked out.
