BDR - Conversion Rates

Hi! I am currently managing an Outbound team of BDRs. We are provided by 100 Accounts per month by the Market Research Team.

I would like to know which variables you think are relevant to increse the Conversion Rate (From Assigned to Opportunity)

I thought about:

  • Accounts Quality (Industry, size, etc)
  • BDR Activity (Number of people contacted, number of touchpoints)
  • BDR Experience (Ramp Up)

Which other do you think it is important and can help us to increase our current conversion rate?

Thanks

I feel like your first category needs to be adjusted - do industry and size impact the account's 'quality'?
I view that more as potential fit or maybe qualification versus quality.

How many BDRs are splitting the 100 accounts? or is it 100 each?
