I think the biggest issue was that the CEO opened the call talking about how hard this was for HIM. Like "hopefully I don't cry". It just didn't show compassion whatsoever.

This is the same guy that once threatened to staple a former business partner to a wall and burn him alive, according to a deposition.

Also the same guy that said in an email: 'You are TOO DAMN SLOW. You are a bunch of DUMB DOLPHINS... SO STOP IT. STOP IT. STOP IT RIGHT NOW. YOU ARE EMBARRASSING ME.'
