Calling / Emailing / LinkedIn 30 prospects every day for a week?

Called the 30/30/30. 1 Touch from all 3 mediums, to 30 prospects every day for 5 days straight. Talked to a rep who uses it.

To me it seems like a bit much, but have any of you had success with this?

I still have PTSD from a gym that aggressively followed up with me after I didn't sign up.

To this day I'll actively tell friends/family to avoid it. This was 4 years ago

Everyday you're touching them 3 times? Way too excessive.

LinkedIn once. Period.
Email - 2x/week.
Call - 3x/week at difference times (before 9am, noon hour, near end of day).
