Candor or Diplomacy

VP of sales texted the team this morning saying the President of Sales is going to be calling us to "check in". lately there's been an influx of people leaving and so we think he's trying to figure out why/ who's next. what's your strategy when this happens, are you honest or do you just say everything's fine and keep your mouth shut?

This happened at my company. Usually they're just digging for info to cover their asses. I'd try to be positive and say you really enjoy it (even if you don't).

I went through this.

I stated my concerns, asked their plan, and got a bunch of non-answers.

Is there a possibility those leaving are seeing something you're not?

Shortly after on my side things took a turn and I left about 6 weeks before chapter 11.
