Step #1: Mindset
Establish your goals, post that shit, write it on your walls, post the photos, find the price, find the monthly income required, tell your family and friends, get a mentor.
When you get rejected, beat down, and run into bullshit, remind yourself why you are in sales. Because it's the best thing you can do right now to get the cheddar and race that lambo, buy that house, etc.
Step# 2: Strategy
Who the FUCK are you reaching out too? What are you saying to them? Why the FUCK should they care? How are you helping them reach their goals? What is their biggest wish? What is their biggest pain? How can you be of most help? When are they most receptive to your message? Are they a seed, series A, or series D? What industry are they in? How do they usually get the job done? How do you help them do it better?
Step# 3: Focus
You can get more work done in 3 hours with focus than you can in an entire week of sporadic bullshit. Block out your time and protect it. Learn to say no to bullshit that isn't doing what you need to do. Start your day doing the toughest things. Do them and only them for 15 minutes, a half hour, an hour, etc. Start small and work your way up to bigger focus blocks.
Whatever you say yes to, you are saying no to something else. So put focus mode on your iphone from 8-5, block out your calendar, set timers, and make sure what you are doing is worth your FUCKING TIME.
Step #4: Double down on what works
Self explanatory. Getting railed on calls, no replies on emails, but having conversations on Linkedin? Spend twice as much time doing linkedIn outreach then. Let your results guide your future tasks.
