Anyone else feel guilty for making email and phones very difficult to use?
Over the past year as demand for SaaS has cratered it seems every company is doing the same thing. "If demand is cut in half then I guess we'll just send twice as many emails! Make twice as many calls! Send more LinkedIn connection requests!"
And as a result we're just seeing lower open rates, lower reply rates.
This is what half of my job has come to. Spamming.
