You ever feel like you accidentally hit reset?

Does anyone else ever feel like some days you wake up and completely forget how to do your job? Like you get on a call but then you forget how to run a discovery even though you've done hundreds.

Or you're cold calling but forget your name and where you work and why they should talk to you.

Yesterday was one of those days for me. Thankfully today was much better.

If I get a few in a row I'll go check if I've had a stroke lol (I'm being sarcastic and I don't anticipate having a stroke).

I have absolutely had those days. Usually its after I got shitty sleep the night before or I'm hungover. Sometimes Its because I have too much personal life stuff going on.

After a really long weekend, I went in to take a discovery call. I can tell you I was blank for a good few minutes. :D I then picked pace.
