How many meetings are you able to book in a week?

With a new strategy, my sdrs are able to book 5-7 meetings in a week time.


We have changed our outreach cadence and it is working like magic.


I have 4 bdrs and in Oct we have scheduled 22 meetings.

Number of business depends upon the business, sales cycle, average order value, customer segmentation etc. Whatโ€™s interesting is your SAL. Our SDRS book
more meetings (similar team size) but our SAL is between 30-40% avg. More SAL for SMB.

as a BDR and then as a BDR manager, myself and my team would schedule 10-14 leads a week per person. so roughly 40-50 leads a week with an 80% hold ratio. Copier sales were a bit different though.

when I was an SDR our weekly quota was 7 meetings set per week. I averaged around 5 with 3 keeping.

now as an AE the number is WAY lower but the size and quality are much higher.
