I gave it a shot and 1 min in, I realized it's some /r/linkedinlunatics doofus.

This podcast in particular the difference between a motivational, inspirational, and aspirational leader, and how you can become a person with a vision vs another person with a goal. I like listening to his podcast because it gives me a new perspective and also has great guests on the show.
