Hey Fam,


So the company started to let us have some new sales scripts (For Real Estate) since the old ones were not working very well for the most of us, so I thought that it would be a good idea to share it with you to tell me your thoughts, since I didn't have a chance to try them out as much for being updated only couple of days ago.

Not gonna click on it but Iโ€™ll share that a good script is simply โ€œa good ideaโ€ and a placeholder for a greater conversation.

You should use it but be ready to veer off it at a moments notice but then jump back on it when appropriate.

It should be loaded with open ended questions and ways to relate your solution to the business needs of your prospect.

You should have a script, but keep it more in bullet points. Make it in your own voice so it's authentic when you're actually delivering it.
