So, who doesn't wanna know how to crush their quota regularly each quarter.

Well, that was exactly my question to SGPT.

Based on information from Bravado Academy articles, here are some tips on hitting quota:

• Go high to low. Work your hardest at the start of the quarter and build a can’t-fail pipeline of promising prospects.
• Attitude is everything. Approach missing quota with a growth mindset, learn from your mistakes, and look forward rather than backwards.
• Change the process, ignore the outcome. Once you’ve determined what went wrong, trust that a new approach is going to work.
• Take all the help you can get. Ask for help, advice, and talk to everyone whose work you admire.
• Find a mentor. Work with someone who can show you the ropes and help you change, and hold you accountable when you fail to stick to your game plan.
