Usability Issues

Hey everyone, and happy Thursday-eve.


Several users have seen usability issues, including the ones that @CuriousFox posted about earlier this week. I can only see comments on some posts that are replies to my comments. Notifications in-app or in-browser are limited to the most recent 5/10 (respectively) and take several hard refreshes to get them all to load.


It feels like the app has turned into an inadvertent echo chamber...and I still want to see all of the other members so we can build solid value in the comments.


Any updates on what might be going on in the backend @sahil @lilc @BravadoMod @MassholeMovesWest @lisa

If I open, close, and reopen the iOS app several times then I can usually, finally get in without having to log in every time. Otherwise it prompts me for login details every. Single. Time.
Anyone else having that issue as well?

Right now there’s a bug where you get logged out if you swipe up to close your app. We’re working to fix this in the next release.
