What is the best way to maximize this Site?

I joined a few months ago after being laid off and have not gotten much. Frankly Reddit has been more useful, but I know reddit and ive been in that sales community for years. This leads to me to think that I just dont know how to use the site right and to its full potential. If you dont mind giving me a pointer or two, I would be super appreciative. As of right now I just stay in the war room. I get zero job matches even though I have 7 years of experience. Im located in DFW, wondering if this is also an issue?

3.5 years in SaaS and 3 Years in Consumer Financial Sales.

This is more of an advice site than a job site. But maybe Flex will change that.

That said, you will get the most of this site by (1) go anon, (2) don’t mention your company, (3) ask for advice, (4) give advice where appropriate.

Although - look for the "who's hiring" posts from Gasty - those have a round up of current openings.
