What's the fastest/best/easiest way to get prospects from the same role from multiple companies into a Salesloft cadence

any advice? I use salesnavigator to find the people then zoominfo to try and find the email. I usually have to create the person in our SF crm and then after making them a contact I have to import them to Salesloft one by one.
This process breaks my balls and I'm trying to see if there's another way.
Any advice?

At times, I think of writing an essay about this ridiculously complicated journey of a contact: Sales Nav --> Salesforce --> Enrichment via ZoomInfo --> SalesLoft

I remember when I'd finally figured out a way to shorten this journey -ZoomInfo --> Salesloft, I was escalated by Salesforce Admin for causing DQ issues (contacts' entries were not being created in Salesforce).

There's no easy way tbh. At least not that I know of. LinkedIn gives you the truth about the prospect's current job, but can't enrich the contacts for you like ZoomInfo or Lusha.

Sales Nav is also a mini CRM, but you can't use it because you have a Salesforce or a Hubspot and hygiene is important. But these CRMs don't have the cadence capabilities, which SalesLoft and Outreach does.

To send a single cold email to a prospect, you need to use 4 tools. Of course, you're concerned about broken balls since the system is broken af.2 potential solutions:

1) Build a case for a data enrichment team whose core responsibility is getting contacts from Sales Nav to Salesloft with enrichment. For a business case, you can just show the amount of time wasted on these steps which are obviously non-prospecting tasks.

2) Pray that LinkedIn / Salesforce solves this known problem of the complicated journey of a contact. Also, try talking to your SF admin. You might be able to automate one of these - especially the SF to SalesLoft sync as stated by @poweredbycaffeine

@Gastycan we pin/save threads/replies for future reference versus having to search?

This is one I'd love to keep in back pocket.

Appreciate the detailed response. It doesn't really sound like there's a true easy fix.

Shouldn’t they auto sync on a schedule with Salesforce?

This problem is several layers deep. Who owns Salesloft at your company, and did they run any training?

I think the issue is I can't just sync every contact associated with an account to Salesloft as I will end up with too many useless people who also probably don't work at the company anymore.

Ah, that makes sense. So when you push them over do they end up at the top of your assigned contacts in SL?

I’m not as familiar with Salesloft (but we are switching soon so this scares me a bit) but with Outreach and ZI, we use both extensions and that speeds up the process a ton of creating and sequencing. I also like the group sequencing function but set to individual if you are okay sending the same message to a bunch of lower personas at the same company

I feel like if I could just click a box next to a contacts name in SF and then click import to Salesloft for just those contacts, it would save me a decent bit of trouble. The import from Salesforce to Salesloft seems to be all contacts in an account or 1 by 1.

This seems odd. Can you not integrate ZI with your Salesforce? Last role I had all three tools, and could just export from ZI into Salesforce - if an account was not created, it would automatically created one.
Once imported into Salesforce, then you can swiftly import it into Salesloft. Is your Salesforce directly integrated with Salesloft? Usually the import process from Salesforce --> Salesloft is pretty seamless.

I can export from ZI to SF so that might save a hop. The problem I find is ZI doesn't have as up to date employment info as sales navigator. Perhaps I should look into that but I just find sales navigator easier for that part plus has the right people generally.

Yeah the info can be wonky in ZI. It will save you a ton of time to export from ZI to SF, then use Sales Nav to doublecheck any data.

My old company was paying to get the prospects data base (PPC Leads) when I was doing Real Estate for Cold Calling.

Not sure if that's available at your company or not!

That’s not even the topic of the post. They want to know how to build a cleaner workflow for two very specific technologies.

might be worth looking into Lusha if you are power using Linkedin sales nav. Lusha is decent but it could save you some time

Hmmm. Seems odd we use Apollo that has a chrome extension which allows you to save individuals or whole lists directly from Sales Nav. Apollo does both the enrichment and sequences. Once you set a meeting with a contract in Apollo and change the status to interested the contact and all associated data is automatically pushed to HubSpot. Pretty easy.

As somewhat of a Salesloft power user, there's not a great way to get contacts from LI → SL especially when you need to get the contacts into SFDC to make sure activity tracks back. However, I do find that creating a list view for that week's contacts within LISN lets me somewhat batch these uploads more effectively.
