Who's quota got increased after a bangin' Q2 and by how much?

Had a great EoQ finish but it came with a price like all salespeople encounter. Quota got increased by 57% AND my territory shrank due to new hires.


I take it as a mixed win - happy to be recognized and pushed harder but dreading starting over again with a bigger mountain to climb.

Hopefully sell my ass off. Any sales over quota get a bonus commission %. So lots of money to be made. And also make the rest of the team look like rookies

Similar - my territory (as a lone wolf) shrank from anything I wanted to target to a few industries due to two new hires. It's fine, they are new and keen so I don't mind testing and learning. However, we have had a set meeting rate of 16 p/m each...this may seem small to you but in the 2.5 years I have been there my max is 15 due to the industry and the niche product we sell. It will definitely be interesting!

None but I'm the only rep and went 200% over - probably need to ask for a bigger base but it's a startup. The equity is nice though.
