From what I've seen... there are many people in "Sales Management" that have no idea what they’re doing.
Some (no joke) have never closed a deal and they're "coaching reps". No idea how they got there, other than their connection/relationship to a higher up. 🤦♂️
So I'm very curious:
- What does your manager do (good things) that really do help you succeed?
- What does your manager do that is completely un-helpful to you and/or wastes your time?
- Bonus: what do you wish they'd do to help you and the team?
