Never had that before, but I would just smile, nod and tell them "you know how things are here, I'm stuck with the process I have"

Can you just nod your head and say yes but then not do anything to change? Or is she trying to follow up with your internal changes?
At a certain point you can draw the line at she the fact that she doesn't work there. Just say so gently and how you greatly appreciate her perspective.

What do you mean they are teaching you how to do your job?

I've had customers tell me how they buy internally so that I can adjust some of the process to match. Obviously I have my internal steps I need to follow, and some of my own mojo I add in; but if a client will only buy a specific way, I'll adjust.

If a client is telling me they need X before Y or else they wont do the deal, and that just isn't possible. Then it isn't possible and I push back. If someone is that much of a PITA during the sales process, they'll be worse during implementation.

Her comments “Oh if I was your manager , I wouldn’t let you present this deck, you don’t even list the features of your product and no competition comparison slides let me show you how to build a pitch “

😂

And I am like- I don’t want to talk competition nor the feature list is relevant at this stage - your bosses don’t care for it!

I am looking for nice way to say “Bitch, you need more credibility before you intervene like that - show me your true influence in this deal here before I take feedback from you on my product messaging “
